Why this direction
The Ledger treats your website like print. Warm linen pages, a committed evergreen, one burnished amber note for seasonal color, and an old style serif that gives the headlines the weight of an annual report. Restraint carries the credibility; the warmth keeps it neighborly.

The trust and restraint of Stripe and Mercury, crossed with the art directed landscape editorial of studios like Terremoto, Yardzen, and Monrovia. Voice: rooted, hand graded, sun warmed.
The signature moment
A before and after of a real transformation anchors the hero. The divider sweeps across once on load, then rests at the middle, and on the live site you can drag it yourself. With reduced motion it simply holds at the midpoint.

Why this direction
The Site Plan reads like an architect's drawing. Oat drafting paper, deep pine ink, brass drafting marks, a bold engineered grotesque, and bordered index grids like a plan legend. It sells the firm that plans it, builds it, and keeps it.

The precise, bordered structure of Stripe, Mercury, and Vercel, crossed with landscape studios like Terremoto and Yardzen and the register of a landscape architect's plan sheet. Voice: drafted, surveyed, sun warmed.
The signature moment
The framed site plan draws itself in about three seconds, the stone path, water feature, planting beds, and trees arriving in sequence, then keeps a quiet idle: water rings, canopies breathing, a slow settle on the compass. With reduced motion it shows fully drawn and still.

The signature moment
A full bleed dusk video plays behind the headline on the live site, the lighting coming on as the camera drifts toward the house, with a baked fade at the loop so there is no hard seam. With reduced motion it shows a still, fully lit dusk poster.
